Hi, I’m Laura.
My love for running started around 7th grade, but maybe even earlier than that. As a kid, I was always outside playing and loved being active. I ran track and cross country all four years of high school. In college, running was my anchor - a constant I knew I could always turn to when I was feeling overwhelmed. I loved the feeling of just being able to lace up my shoes and go - let go of any stress, just focus on breathing and putting one foot in front of the other.
It wasn’t until about 3 years ago that I found running again as not just an outlet for stress relief, but also for community and growth. In November 2022 I ran my first marathon and I’ve completed three more since. I’ve coached myself from a 3:30 marathon to a 3:09 marathon. I’ve also run about a dozen half marathons, and countless 10ks and 5ks.

Whether you’re training for your first race or your 10th marathon, I’m here to meet you where you’re at and help take you to where you want to be. I work with you to understand your goals, as well as what has and hasn’t worked for you in the past. From there I’ll create a custom training program tailed to you and your needs. Along the way, I’ll be there to answer questions and provide feedback. You’ll have dedicated support and guidance throughout your training cycle. When it’s time for the big day, I’ll help you with race day strategies - both mental and physical.
